You want someone who will take the time to educate you about ALL the Medicare options on the table-not just Medicare Supplement, or not just Medicare Advantage, but contrasting and comparing both of these Medicare Options. When I first sit down with clients I like to say, “I’m going to play detective for a minute” because I want to ask questions so I can know about them and their personal needs. Medicare plans are not one-size-fits-all and a great agent will take the time, “play detective”, and ask questions to learn about your specific needs and wants.

You need to know about these changes, and if they will negatively impact you, have your agent look at other plans that might fit better for the next year.
